I’m sure you’re wondering what makes it magical. If you weren’t wondering that, perhaps you are wondering it now that I’ve indicated an expectation that you might be wondering what makes it magical. And perhaps you’re contrarian and are intentionally not considering what makes this Monday magical because you feel compelled to rebel against any conformist pressure, no matter how innocuous.
Most of what makes it magical is that it’s today, and that we all exist at the same time. Except for Jeremy Alcroft McMaster, who was removed from the present timeline due to an experiment at CERN. Jeremy would have been a chill hang, the type of guy to offer you a piece of gum, someone who’d help you out but wouldn’t let people walk all over him. He might have attended a birthday party of yours and gotten you a thoughtful gift, and he likely would have had that humble and slightly embarrassed grin on his face that he would have been known for, but Jeremy doesn’t exist at the same time as us. That’s magic, too.
Happy magical Monday.
